New selections include:
Apple a Day: Zu vodka, apple cider, lemon juice
Absolut Alexander: Absolut Vanilla, crème de cacao, heavy cream, espresso
Fig Tree: Belvedere, Orgeat, lemon juice, house-made fig jam
Hey Pumpkin: Russian standard, ancho reyes chili liqueur, lemon juice, pumpkin puree
Pear of Gingers: Tito’s Vodka, St. George pear liqueur, lemon juice, ginger puree
Rose Sangria: Chandon rose, brandy, strawberries, orange slices, lemon juice, herb-infused simple syrup
Blood and Moon: Azunia blanco, ginger snap liqueur, lemon juice, pumpkin puree
Rye Not: Wild Turkey rye, lemon juice, ginger, lavender syrup
Spanish Sunrise: Espolon tequila, pressed lime, lavender tonic, grapefruit zest

Experience a dynamic menu of flavorful American cuisine at Rustic Root in the heart of the Gaslamp District. The special San Diego Restaurant Week menu spotlights signature dishes created with unique and tasty twist. A selection of appetizers includes truffle cheese toast, salmon tartar and the rustic wedge; entrees such as potato chip crusted sea bass and rustic shepherd’s pie; and dessert options of caramelized lemon poundcake and chocolate lava. September is National Honey Month, a time to celebrate the incorporation of this flavorful sweetener into a variety of different dishes. Rustic Root, located in the heart of downtown San Diego, offers its signature Brie and Honey toast, a fan-favorite and must try dish for those looking to indulge.
Just one of many rustic American dishes on the menu, the Brie and Honey toast is prepared on whole wheat bread topped with applewood smoked bacon, walnut, taj farm honey and avocado accompanied by a frisee and cranberry salad drizzled with honey dijon vinaigrette.
